Talisay City ICT Beneficiaries Receive Stipend Allowance: A Promise Uphold By #Gwapongaserbisyo

It was during the commencement exercises on August 2017 of the ICT Scholars of the City of Talisay when Mayor Neil Lizares, announced the good news for all the beneficiaries. A transportation allowance in the amount of P500.00 will be provided to all ICT scholars in the city.

The Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (NOLITC) Global Campus will open in Talisay City next year to train more college undergraduates and out-of-school youths for employment in the business process outsourcing (BPO) and similar industries.

The Barangay Council, personnel, and staff of Zone 12-A, Talisay City extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council of Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City, headed by Punong Barangay Jennifer S. Quizon, together with Barangay Kagawads Richmond G. Favila, Catherine A. Aguilar, Darwin L. Morit, Ricardo L. Baes Jr., and Venesa M. Lacsamana (also known as Alma Moreno).
