The ICTC focuses on public ICT access, digital assistance, skills development, and ICT support aligned with the City Government’s programs.
ICTC Functions

Provide residents access to ICT resources and guided help for basic digital tasks and online processes.
- Free computer use (subject to availability)
- Printing/scanning and document assistance (subject to policy)
- Online application and government e-services support
Conduct learning sessions that develop practical digital skills and safe online participation.

- Online safety and digital citizenship
- Youth ICT skills development
Provide ICT support to help offices and programs maintain reliable digital operations (as assigned).
- ICT services and technical support to LGU offices/programs
- Maintenance support for LGU ICT systems/platforms (as applicable)
- Support to LYDO and CSWDO youth programs
Support digital inclusion and community technology initiatives in partnership with DICT and partner institutions.

Service Standards
Clear expectations when accessing ICTC services.
- Services are provided during office hours, subject to capacity and availability.
- Users may be asked to log/register for usage monitoring.
- Proper-use guidelines apply to protect privacy, equipment, and shared access.
- Printing/scanning assistance may depend on resources and existing policy.
